He has developed an enviable reputation for award winning, high quality, innovative and reliable services in the areas of building design, design management, site supervision, project management, supervision and administration, and building maintenance program services and advice.
Chris has developed outstanding skills and knowledge over these years, working in the building industry since 1981, learning building processes on site and then undertaking studies in Architectural Drafting and then gaining additional qualifications and experience to become a Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) Licensed Builder and Designer.
Gillian is passionate about saving you money in future energy costs through the early design process. She is results-driven who takes great pride in her ability to deliver exceptional service to her clients.
Using her 13 years of experience and the latest energy assessment software, she can assess your design to estimate how much energy you will potentially use for heating and cooling over a year and offer advice on how to increase the star rating of your design.
This multi-skilled lady also delivers exceptional administration and organisational skills to keep you informed throughout the whole design process by answering all of your questions and addressing any concerns that you may have.
Her past work experience has been varied, including 15 years spent in the Royal Australian Air Force, where her personal dedication, commitment, professionalism, communication skills and work ethic was rewarded with a Commanding Officer’s Commendation.
At the end of 2019, Gillian finished three years of employment as the Manager for Tourism in a remote West Queensland Shire earning the Australia Day Citizen of the Year Award.

Hannah is a talented draftsperson with significant experience in construction and building services. She is extremely dedicated and hard-working with a comprehensive knowledge of multiple building types.
Hannah is from Iran and has a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering and a Master of Architectural Conservation. Her studies from Iran have gained her an Australian qualification of Accredited Civil Engineering Draftsperson.
Her passion is bringing your design ideas to life with her 3D rendering skills.
